Sublimation transfer allows you to reproduce all images identically. This process does not require a contour line, nor weeding. It is a sublimation digital print, which is printed with special inks on sublimation paper. The motif is pressed with a transfer press. Under the influence of heat, the ink becomes gaseous and penetrates directly into the fabric.
Advantages of sublimation
The image really penetrates into the fabric or other carrier. That is, the image does not lie on the support, but has a very pleasant smoothness and feel, without relief. Extremely durable when washed, withstands even 90°C washing.
Limits of sublimation
The best color reproduction of sublimation is found on white or very light substrates. The darker the support, the more invisible the image.
Sublimation is suitable only for polymerized articles or for fabrics made of polyester.
