What is SIEBDRUCK textile transfer?

SIEDRUCK textile transfer is screen printing on a carrier foil, which is applied to your garments with a transfer press. This technique makes it possible to personalize various items of different types or colors. The creation of the file does not require a colored contour line. The SIEBDRUCK transfer has a low thickness and therefore has an excellent feel.

How does it work?

• Create your motif(s) on DIN A3 format (print area: 28cm x 40cm)
• Save/export your motif as a vector file: AI, PDF or EPS
• in reading direction (no mirror image)
• Upload the motif file in the YOW! Store
• We will ship your finished SIEBDRUCK textile transfers within 7 business days (express also possible)
• Print your transfer object by transfer press, ready!

Which transfer objects can be printed?

• Textiles of all kinds (e.g. T-shirts, jackets, sweaters, pants)

Pressing conditions

150 °C, 12 seconds, medium pressure, warm peel.

Washing conditions

Wash inside out. Spin at maximum 1,000 rpm. Tumble dry at moderate temperature (maximum 60°C). Iron textile on the inside (maximum 150°C). Do not dry clean.

Limits of the SIEBDRUCK transfer

In screen printing it is difficult to produce color gradations. Screen printing is a technique for uniform color areas or vector displays. Some finesses are also difficult to obtain due to the framing process. Text or displays smaller than 0.5 pt (0.2 mm) are not legible.

How long does the production take?
