What is READY textile transfer?

How does it work?

Pressing conditions

160 - 170 °C, 12 seconds, medium pressure, peel off warm.

Washing conditions

Wash inside out. Spin maximum 1,000 rpm. Tumble dry at a moderate temperature (maximum 60°C). Iron textile on the inside (maximum 150°C). Do not dry clean.

Limits of the READY transfer

Since the READY / READY PREMIUM transfer is a four-color print and the colors are displayed in CMYK, it is almost impossible to obtain an exact Pantone color. For a READY transfer, an outline in the same color as the textile is required and makes it possible to limit the adhesive that would otherwise be visible beyond the graphic. This outline includes all outer and inner elements (if there are areas without color application) and appears as an inconspicuous, slightly frayed edge in the color of the textile, which is no longer noticeable when applied to the textile at the end.

Caution: For a READY transfer on a white textile, your transfer is provided with a transparent and not a white undercoat, so any white you have applied cannot be printed. A single sheet cannot combine a white textile varnish and a colored contour line for colored textiles. If white elements are printed, they do not necessarily have an outline.

Thin lines are difficult for READY PREMIUM transfers: Text or images under 2 pt (1 mm) are not legible. The READY / READY PREMIUM transfers are usually slightly thicker and a little stiffer than the screen print transfer.
